1. It is necessary to keep the equipment ventilated, dry and clean, which is the basis of equipment maintenance.
2. Before using the battery short-circuit tester, read the Operation manual carefully, be familiar with the technical indicators, working performance, usage methods, and precautions, and strictly follow the specified steps in the battery short-circuit tester instruction manual.
3. Operators who use the equipment for the first time must operate under the guidance of skilled personnel, and can operate independently after being proficient. Non-operators are not allowed to operate this machine arbitrarily
4. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof, and keep the equipment dry. Rain, humidity, and various liquids or moisture may contain minerals that can corrode the circuit. If the device gets wet, disconnect the power supply and wipe it clean with absorbent cloth or paper.
5. Before each test, check whether the air source is turned on and keep the equipment air source stable so as not to affect the test results. 
6. After each test, the exhaust vent needs to be opened to let the exhaust gas out of the box.
7. After each test, please wipe clean the battery residues attached to the equipment and fixtures to ensure that the equipment is used normally and the contact resistance is not increased due to corrosion.
8. The pressure relief opening of the battery short-circuit testing machine should be checked regularly (once a week) to confirm that the suction is tight.
9. The power supply of the equipment should be cut off when it is not working.
10. The internal parts of the instrument have a certain life span. In order to use the instrument continuously and safely, please perform regular maintenance and maintenance.
11. The outside of the cabinet must be cleaned more than twice a year, just wipe it with soapy water when cleaning.
12. Calibrate the equipment regularly once a year to confirm that the equipment performance indicators are normal.
